Music Day is celebrated every year on 21 June worldwide. Incidentally, on this date, Yoga Day also happens. According to experts, music is also a form of yoga. Like yoga, it is also a practice. Music makes us happy. Along with our mental health, it also maintains physical health. It maintains the balance of hormones in our body. Music brings us peace in the runaway life. Music is also a companion to loneliness. Many times in life when we are going through stress or anxiety, music brings relief and prevents us from going into depression. History of world music day

World Music Day began in France in 1982 on this day. Music day is also known as Fête de la Musique in the world. In France, the craze for music was so great that the then cultural minister of that time announced to celebrate Music Day. On this special day, big artists from all over the world perform programs and do not take money to sing or perform songs. Concerts are held all over the world on this special day.

According to the news, more than 32 countries were involved with France on the occasion of the first Music Day. Concerts were held at different places in these countries and people celebrated throughout the night. Initially, few countries celebrated Music Day, but later many countries came forward to decide a special day for music, and in this way World Music Day was celebrated on 21 June in many countries across the world.
